About
Aryaman Pandya
I'm Aryaman Pandya, a Robotics Software Engineer with a passion for Human-Centered Design. I'm currently a Software Engineer on the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Performance Analysis team at Motional where I I train and deploy machine learning models to monitor the performance of our AV fleet, and build software tools to assist engineers in diagnosing problems within our system.
I grew up in Mumbai, India where I went obtained my IB Diploma at Oberoi International School. I then moved to Medford, Massachusetts where I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering at Tufts University.
As an engineer/designer, I'm excited by the prospect of taking cutting edge intelligent systems, and crafting them into products that enhance the human experience. Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to contribute to a number of research projects in the field of Human-Robot Interaction. This includes work with the Human-Robot Interaction Lab at Tufts University, and cross-collaborative research with leading researchers in the field of HRI for Autonomous Vehicles.
As a teenager (and younger) I competed on the national squash circuit in India, a sport I pursued at the varsity level at Tufts University as well.
Publications
The following is a list of publications I've co-authored at various conferences. My works have been featured at AAAI, IEEE & ACM's HRI and more.
